Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. A flat shipping fee of 5€ applies to all orders. We currently ship within Spain and across the European Union.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@badsonscompany.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@badsonscompany.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
